If I were to describe what I do for myself, this is it:

Over the last four years, I alternated between life on land and hitchhiking sailboats—learning to live in harmony with nature and realizing there are no good or bad decisions, only choices.
My presentation Leap of Faith traveling in Bratislava, explored the art of noticing and relaxing into what is—accepting life as it flows, respecting limits, and embracing the moment. I have a few upcoming presentations in 2025 – 21.10.2025 -Banská Bystrica, 23.10.2025 – Lučenec, and 7. – 9.11.2025 – Bratislava, this time in collaboration with Cestou necestou festival. After sailing the Pacific and staying in Central America in 2024, I felt called to share my practice in my home country. While I no longer teach regularly, I continue offering 1:1 sessions for those who prefer private guidance. More info here.

Weekend workshops create space to slow down, connect, and explore authenticity and playfulness. Private sessions focus on your current needs, making room for all your colors and characters.

FUSION – because I combine different approaches, much like in gastronomy.
FLOW – because it’s a state of full presence, where we touch our essence.
These movement-feeling sessions are like embroidery, woven from elements of my previous education and experiences. The main intention is to blend body and soul: naturally anchored in yourself – freely expressing your essence in the space around you – being magnetically authentic.
